Because each item is made especially for you when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or change of mind. We kindly ask that you review product photos, descriptions, and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged during shipping
Once we review the issue, we'll gladly send a replacement or provide a refund, at no charge, when appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun, but we'll do our best to help.
